Resurs Bank is one of the many senders whose invoices can be received as digital mail in Kivra. If you have received an invoice from Resurs in Kivra and want to discuss, for example, a payment plan, you need to contact Resurs’s customer service.
Why does the invoice from Resurs show the total remaining amount/balance? Initially, the total remaining payment amount may be shown on the invoice. Most Resurs Bank’s invoices that arrive in Kivra can be paid directly in Kivra, where you can change the payment amount when paying the invoice.
The exception is payment insurance invoices from Resurs (maksuvakuutus). For payment insurance invoices, Resurs offers the option to pay the invoice with or without payment insurance. These invoices can only be paid in Kivra from the pre-set options. If you wish to pay a higher amount than the minimum from the available options, you can also pay the invoice elsewhere, such as in your own online bank.

Can I mark an invoice as paid in Kivra even if I have only paid part of the total amount? — After you have paid the installment agreed upon with Resurs, you can mark the invoice as paid in Kivra, even if only part of the total amount has been paid. The invoice will then be moved out of the unpaid invoices section in Kivra. Resurs stays updated on invoice payments and takes them into account when sending new invoices.
Can’t login to Kivra?
Delete the Kivra app from your phone and download it again from the app store. Then the login should most probably work again on the app. (The Kivra account is not deleted even though the app is deleted from the phone)

I cannot open my event ticket in Kivra?
The reason why the ticket cannot be open is because your email address has not been confirmed when you registered to Kivra. You can verify the email address by logging in to your Kivra. Once you have logged in the service will ask you to verify your email address by sending a link to your email. After you have verified the email address the event ticket will work normally in your Kivra.
An alternative way to verify the email address in Kivra:
Login to your Kivra and go to Settings
Open in the Settings, then ‘My contact information’ and go to the email address field
Save the email address. You will soon receive an automatic email from Kivra where you can find a one-time-password (6 numbers)
Add the one-time-passworrd to the field in Kivra and click ‘Save’

How do I login to Kivra?
On a browser:
Go to kivra.fi and click on “Login”. Complete the login with strong authentication, either with bank credentials or Mobile ID.
On Kivra’s mobile app
The first login requires a strong authentication (bank credentials or Mobile ID). Then you can choose a 4-digit PIN code as your default login method. You can also add biometric login method (fingerprint ID or facial recognition) as your default login method.
How do I know I have received a new digital mail in Kivra?
You will be notified by email every time you receive a new document in Kivra. Notification will be sent to your verified email address. Please note that you must verify your email address to receive notifications. If you are using the Kivra mobile app, you will also receive a push notification on your phone whenever you receive a new document in Kivra.
How can I block a sender from sending digital mail to my Kivra?
You can edit your sender settings in your own Kivra — Log in — Settings — Mail and invoices. You can freely choose the senders from whom you wish to receive messages. If you receive paper documents from a sender, you can ask them to join Kivra.
Does the use of Kivra service cost anything?
Kivra is free of charge for its users. Kivra does not charge a fee for paying invoices.
How can I share my Kivra with another person?
In Kivra, you can give people close to you access to your inbox. A share is one-way, and you can cancel it anytime at settings. You can grant a full access or share just senders of your choice. You can also share your own documents.
With whom can I share my Kivra?
You can share your inbox to anybody with a Finnish Personal Identity Code and a valid email address. An invitation will be sent as email, and your sharee doesn’t have to be registered in Kivra yet. During the process you’ll get an activation code, which needs to be delivered to the sharee, by a safe channel of your choice. Once they have approved in their Kivra the sharing of mailbox, they can start processing documents in your Kivra.
How do I edit my contact information in Kivra?
You can edit your email address and telephone number in the Settings — My contact deltails — Address. It is important that your contact information in your account is accurate and up-to-date.
How do I delete my Kivra account?
Login to your Kivra — Settings — Account — Select ‘Manage your Kivra account’. In this section you can close your Kivra account
You will receive confirmation to your email address once you have closed your user account. After closing your user account, you can continue to use the service normally and receive new content in Kivra for 45 days.
If you change your mind during that time, you may cancel the closure of your user account in your account settings. Your user account in Kivra will be deactivated 45 days after you have closed your account, and all your data and the documents you have stored in the service will be deleted irrevocably. Please transfer the documents of your choice to a location outside the service over the 45-day period.
Please notice that once the Kivra account has been closed the invoices that have been sent to your Kivra will start to arrive by paper mail. Some companies have an extra cost on the paper mail invoices.
Own documents — How does it work in Kivra?
You can use your Kivra as a secure digital archive for all your important documents. You can upload agreements, warranty certificates and other documents that you want to store and keep easily available. You can upload documents by clicking the plus symbol under “Archive”. You can upload documents as PDF, JPEG and PNG files.
There is no limit for how many separate documents you can upload to your Kivra, the maximum size of one document is 5MB.
How long will documents be stored in Kivra?
Documents you have uploaded to Kivra, as well as documents you have received in Kivra, will be stored until you decide to delete them. A deleted document will be moved to the trash folder and deleted after 30 days or when you empty the trash folder. The document is deleted irrevocably when the trash folder is emptied. Please note that if you decide to stop using the service and close your user account, all content in your account will be deleted 45 days after you have closed the service. For this reason, you should transfer all your important documents outside the service before that time.
