Important reminder! Kivra’s digital post service will be closed on December 1, 2026.

Dear Kivra customer,

We would like to kindly remind you that Kivra’s digital post services in Finland will be transferred to Posti, and our current digital post service will be closed permanently on Tuesday, December 1, 2026. This means that Monday, November 30, 2026, is the last day when Kivra’s digital post service is available to you.

We have compiled a checklist for our customers on what should be done well in advance to make the transition from Kivra’s service to Posti’s OmaPosti service as smooth as possible.

Checklist

  1. Please activate the OmaPosti service as soon as possible if you want to continue receiving tickets and letters in electronic format. Start using OmaPosti by October 6, 2026, at the latest. Sender settings from Kivra will not be transferred to OmaPosti, so please update your preferences in OmaPosti: More → Settings → Digital post.   2. Download letters, invoices, documents and other information from Kivra’s service by Monday, November 30, 2026, at the latest, if you want to keep them. These will not be transferred to OmaPosti.
  3. Event tickets for ticket services will be copied to the OmaPosti app if you have started using it before October 6, 2026. Note! Tickets will be copied to OmaPosti during October, so they may not be visible in OmaPosti immediately after you activate the service.
  4. Pay the invoices received in Kivra by Monday, November 30, 2026, at the latest, so that you have the necessary information when paying the invoice.
