If your event ticket did not arrive in Kivra after your purchase, please make sure that the email addresses used for the ticket purchase and in your Kivra account are the same. Sometimes ticket delivery may take a few minutes.
Once the email addresses match, the event ticket will successfully arrive in your Kivra.
If the email addresses match but the ticket still hasn’t appeared in your Kivra, please contact the ticket vendor’s customer service.
How do I set an event ticket to Offline mode in Kivra?
Documents in Kivra can be set to Offline mode. This allows you to open the event ticket via Kivra even if your phone doesn’t have an internet connection.
How to set an event ticket to Offline mode in Kivra
Log in to the Kivra app.
Find the folder that contains the event ticket.
Click on the event ticket you want to set to Offline mode.
The event ticket will now appear on the screen, and an Offline button will show up above it. Slide the Offline toggle to the right so it turns green, and press “I understand” in the prompt that appears.
Your event ticket is now in Offline mode, and you’ll be able to open it without an internet connection. Tickets and documents in Offline mode can be found at the bottom of the login screen in the Kivra app.
How do I get event tickets to Kivra?
You can receive event tickets in Kivra for free from Tiketti, NetTicket, and Eventio ticket shops. When purchasing event tickets, select Kivra as the delivery method, and your tickets will be delivered to your Kivra immediately after the purchase. You can register for the service either before or after buying the tickets.
The email address must be the same in both the ticket service and Kivra for the event tickets to be automatically delivered to your Kivra.
Previously purchased valid tickets will also be delivered retroactively to Kivra. The tickets will appear automatically in your Kivra within 24 hours after registering for the Kivra service.
How can I get the event tickets I bought earlier into Kivra?
Valid tickets purchased from Tiketti, Eventio, or NetTicket can be received retroactively in Kivra. The tickets will automatically appear in your Kivra within 24 hours after registering for the Kivra service.
The email address must be the same in both the ticketing platform and Kivra for the event tickets to be delivered to your Kivra automatically.
It is no longer possible to save your own documents or event tickets in the service as of June 2026.
