What is the digital mail service Kivra?
Kivra is a free digital mail service that allows you to receive invoices, letters, and other documents from various companies and organizations. Kivra works on the same principle as a physical mailbox — when an invoice sender uses Kivra and you have a Kivra account, the mail is delivered automatically and digitally to your Kivra.
Kivra acts as a mail delivery channel that activates when you register as a Kivra user. After this, all your mail, such as invoices, arrives automatically in Kivra instead of as paper mail. When new digital mail arrives, you receive a notification to your email or mobile device.
You can create a Kivra customer account at kivra.fi or through our mobile app.

How can I share my Kivra with another person?
How can I share my Kivra inbox with another person?
In Kivra, you can grant access to your inbox to trusted individuals. The sharing is one-way, and you can revoke it anytime in the service’s Settings menu. You can choose whether to share your entire inbox or only mail from specific senders. You can also share documents you have saved yourself.
Who can I share with? You can share Kivra with people who have a Finnish personal identity number and a valid email address. The person does not need to be a Kivra user at the time of sharing — an invitation will be sent to them via email. Along with the invitation, you receive an activation code, which you give to the recipient outside of Kivra. Once the other person accepts the share, they can start managing documents in your Kivra. The other person repeats the same process to allow you to access their Kivra.
How to share your Kivra with another Kivra user:
Log in to Kivra via the mobile app or at kivra.fi.
Click on Sharing.
Press Send invitation.
Next, choose what you want to share with the other Kivra user. Options are My documents, All senders, or Selected senders. After making your choice, press Continue.
Enter the personal identity number and email address of the person you want to share with. Press Share Kivra.
After receiving the security code from the service, give it to the person receiving the share so they can activate the sharing in their own Kivra settings.
