Kivra’s customer service becomes part of Posti’s customer service 6.7.2026

Dear Kivra customer,

The integration of Kivra’s services into Posti is progressing as planned. As the next step, Kivra’s customer service will become part of Posti’s customer service starting from 6 July 2026.

No action is required from you. You can continue using the service as usual, and if needed, you will continue to receive support from Posti’s customer service (posti.fi/en/customer-service) after the change.

The features for uploading personal documents and scheduling payments have been discontinued in Kivra. We will provide more detailed information about other upcoming changes to the service at the end of August. Although some service features have been discontinued, you can continue using the Kivra service throughout the summer. Any tickets stored in the service will also remain available.
