In which languages can I use Kivra?
You can use Kivra in Finnish, Swedish or English. Below you will find instructions for selecting and changing the language on application and on web browser. However, the choice of language is not affecting to the content you receive from the sender. The language of the documents and invoices is a contractual matter between you and the sender so contact the sender if you want to receive content in other language.
Kivra application: You need to select the language when you use the application for the first time. You can change the language later from the section “Language” when you are logged in to the service.
Please notice that in the iOS app version the language selection has moved to the device settings. In case you wish to change the user language in Kivra the primary language selections shall be first chosen in the language installations of the device (e.g. Finnish / Swedish / English).
Kivra in web browser: Select the language in login page. The language button is in the right upper corner of the page where you enter you credentials.
